WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Are you ready to play a vital role in ensuring seamless production and delivery of top-quality products worldwide? At our EPMC, we're seeking a Shipping & Scheduling Analyst to join our dynamic team.

 

As our Shipping & Scheduling Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing production schedules, coordinating shipments, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your responsibilities will include scheduling production requirements to meet operational targets and customer demands, efficiently managing inventory to support daily build requirements and smooth production, addressing capacity constraints and implementing corrective actions as needed, coordinating shipping activities to ensure timely delivery to customers globally, and maintaining accuracy in shipping and export standards, including record management in SAP.

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

 

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to fulfill requirements and resolve issues promptly, liaising with receiving locations and logistics partners to optimize trailer utilization and monitor collection performance, supporting the outbound premium freight process and other operational needs, and undertaking additional tasks as directed by your manager.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

Essential:

  • Understanding of manufacturing production methods.
  • Quick grasp and ability to challenge logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in customer relationship management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
