There are a limited number of alternative qualifications that we would deem to be equivalent to our set entry requirements including the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Scottish Highers. You can check the progress by logging in to your candidate profile and going to the 'my jobs' section to check the progress.

No, prior experience is not a requirement of our early careers programmes which are designed to be entry level programmes.

What are the business values and behaviours that I will be assessed against?

We have a set of business behaviours at JLR which we call the 'Creators Code'. These are a set of co-created behaviours to inspire understanding and collaboration. The five behaviours covered by the code are; customer love, unity, integrity, growth and impact. We will look for these in our recruitment process and therefore recommend that you read more about our purpose here.

What happens in the assessment centre?

At this stage, you'll sit a number of assessments which might include a motivational and behavioural interview and presentation exercise.

If I change my mind and decide to take a year out, can I defer my offer?
