Salary: £31,000 with a £2,000 joining bonus, rising to £38,000 on completion of the programme
From the start, you will be adding real value to our business and experiencing the scale and breadth of an industry-leading finance team. You will mainly focus on business partnering or supporting commercial projects, providing financial analysis and insights and be involved in budgeting, forecasting, profit planning, strategy and investment appraisals.
Rotating throughout the scheme, you will take on diverse roles within different areas of finance, such as business partnering, management information and analytics, global financial shared services and group finance (including treasury, tax, accounting and compliance). Being responsible for core financial activities will provide you with a thorough grounding of accountancy fundamentals.
Your impact will be felt across the business, spanning industrial operations, product engineering, commercial, procurement and corporate operations. At the end of the programme, you will have the broad experience and well-rounded skill set you need to fulfil your career ambitions.

You will need to hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in economics, business studies, finance, maths, biology, chemistry or physics.
In addition, you will require real passion for problem-solving and the curiosity to understand business challenges and deliver innovative solutions. You will also have strong numerical and interpersonal skills and the confidence to champion new initiatives.
Please note that to apply to our graduate programmes, you must have obtained a degree or be expecting to achieve your degree in the current academic year. All our graduate programmes have a fixed start date, commencing 9th September 2024.

APPLICATION PROCESS
ONLINE APPLICATION
Good news! We do not require a CV or cover letter to apply. Simply complete your online application form telling us about you, your motivations and your experience.
ONLINE TESTING
If you progress to the next stage we’ll ask you to complete a series of short online tests which you will complete independently. Passing this stage is based on your scores from completing your online assessments. Don’t forget to use the practice area to help you prepare. Click here to enter the practice test area.
ONLINE ASSESSMENT CENTRE
The next stage is the virtual assessment centre. This consists of a presentation exercise and behavioural interview. You’ll be provided with a preparation guide to help you at this final stage.
OFFER
We’ll share the outcome of your assessment centre within 2 weeks of you completing it. If you are successful, we’ll make you a verbal offer and confirm this in writing via email.
