WHAT TO EXPECT

 

As a Process Leader you will assist Operations to achieve conformance to the Manufacturing Quality Operating System (MQOS) by preventing outflow of suspect / defective product that may otherwise escape to our customers, especially the Vehicle plants.

 

This is a key role within the Quality Department and requires exceptional negotiating and communication skills that require a broad-based knowledge of manufacturing and Quality processes.

 

The Standardised Inspection Process (SIP) is an integral part the Plant Quality Assurance team in EPMC Plant. It provides Assurance of quality on Propulsion product. 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Reviews and daily management of SIP quality issues
  • Lead process improvements in the team through Kaizen activity
  • Lead monthly Quality Management review (QMR)
  • Conduct 1:1’s and people engagement activities
  • Prepare reports and graphs including updated information as required in Quality Assurance score cards (including QMR and weekly QA reviews)
