An exciting opportunity to join Jaguar Land Rover’s Design and Release team designed in the UK for global manufacture into worldwide markets. In this role, as a Module Leader you will hold display technical and commercial leadership to problem solve technical and strategic problems. The Module Leader will be delivering on plan with clear direction, demonstrating a clear appreciation of attributes and programme deliverables on quality, cost, weight, and function are critical aspects of a Module Leader role.




The successful candidate will have a practical mindset, being able to problem solve and logically applying solutions to technical and commercial problems. You will have an extensive knowledge of EDS to be able to work with teams at a technical level and communicate with teams and suppliers.



  • Good technical understanding of EDS sub-system / component design and operating principles.
  • Experience of managing resolution of business, technical and process issues within a Project Team environment, including with Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong influencing, presentation and reporting skills to support supplier and management reviews.



  • Experience of EDSE sub-system / component design / development.
  • A good working knowledge of product creation & delivery, product definition and change management processes.

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
