DOWNTIME SPECIALIST

Grade B, local Nitra

Salary:  From 1420 eur monthly, 0-15% yearly bonus, other benefits according JLR rules

Contract: cover for maternity leave

The opportunity

Mp&L DOWNTIME SPECIALIST  is responsible for downtime analyses, downtime tracking, downtime reporting and management. He/She participate on daily operational meetings and is resolving the task assigned to them.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

•    Cooperation with each customer´s and logistics department to find rootcause of downtime and if possible prevent same issue for future cases 
•    Master data and system functionality validation 
•    Analysis of the most repetative hot parts and downtimes and contermeasure action to prevent same issue for future cases 
•    Daily meetings with LLP and other JLR departments to discuss and prevent linestops 
•    Hourly linestops reporting to customer 
•    Min Max levels validation together with MP&L engineering – excess stock elimination & low replenishment increase 
•    Solving replenishment & hot parts & production team issues 
•     BONUS PARTS root cause investigation
