SALARY: Base salary 2183€ per month, depending on your experience and skills, yearly bonus 0-15% (paid year)

Dimensional Maturation and Build Integrity sits within the overall department Dimensional Control and Build Integrity, it has direct responsibility for all aspects of the dimensional launch of all new products both Jaguar and Land Rover into the production plants. 




  • Lead and manage a team of AME dimensional engineers and bodyshop vendor dimensional engineers.
  • Lead and manage the team through the early concept stage from clay feasibility assessment to dimensional scorecard assessment ensuring that the design will be capable of delivering the targets in line with the manufacturing process being developed.
  • Lead and manage the team through robust assembly locator selection, measurement strategy and point selection.
  • Drive greater coordination and alignment between the DMBI and DVA teams in order to fully understand the DVA simulation inputs and outputs appropriate for the dimensional maturation of the BIW.
  • Project manage the whole dimensional maturation workflow using standard tools including master schedule, dimensional roadmaps and Points Inside Specified Tolerance (PIST) trackers.
  • Work along with the dimensional media team to ensure that all dimensional control media will support the deliverables and provide a robust analysis toolkit.
  • Report out on body dimensional performance at regular process chain meetings and senior project reviews as appropriate.
  • Drive single panel maturation and root cause analysis to deliver the product requirements through the use of the PCF toolkit and other focus build activities.  Close interaction with Stamping Engineering and vendor tooled component suppliers will be required to clearly document and share any error states and prioritise appropriately for corrections.



  • Strong background in stampings engineering and / or body construction.
  • Structured and methodical problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to efficiently report status in a variety of project forums.
  • Candidate must have a proven track record of delivery and proactively driving a project through while maintaining check point discipline.
  • Ideally educated to a degree level or equivalent.
