Working with our best in class technology teams in Manchester, you will be part of the full lifecycle: designing, building and running one of our products. You'll help us to power the revolution through developer-centric services. Defining and coaching your team on testing and quality, you will be empowered to balance quality and speed.

Key Roles and Responsibilities;

• Work with stakeholders to foster a culture of quality that accelerates our business goals
• Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of a Quality culture and best practices across JLR
• Coach and enable teams to use the latest processes, tools and technology to enhance testing and quality throughout the SDLC
• Contribute to and deliver the JLR partner governance strategy, giving teams the standards and data to ensure that our business and quality gals are being achieved
• Work with our Quality Chapter to find innovative solutions to complex problems through research and development
• Construct Proofs of Concept and assess their viability to support Minimal Viable Product (MVP) development as part of an agile customer development process
• Define how we deliver quality applications as you engage with users, gather insights through our observability tools and enhance our delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices and standards

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Experience with various automated quality tooling across API, UI and Load Testing
• Experience with leading and coaching teams to improve quality and testing
