What To Expect
The role of a vehicle dynamics CAE analyst will play an integral part in understanding vehicle performance, whilst delivering the efficiency gains required to meet our business goals. This excellent opportunity, will enable us to increase our performance, efficiency and remove the need for physical protypes.
What You Will Need
In order to be successful within this position, you will be expected to support simulator assessments and ensure models meet standards for simulator use. You will prove out confidence in modelling techniques to enable effective and robust virtual prototype product development. You will lead project delivery, ensuring correlation of models to test data. This will include leading the deployment of the team’s bespoke MATLAB tools and analysis methods.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- High proficiency with SIMPACK, CarMaker, Matlab & Simulink
- Strong Vehicle Dynamics background and working knowledge
- 1D Plant & Control System Modelling
