WHAT TO EXPECT 

As a Strategy Deployment Manager, you will work alongside the Business Partners in each area to deliver strategy development & deployment activities. 

The role collaborates closely with Chapters to translate and deploy enterprise strategy and to co-create business / Chapter level strategies. 

You will challenge the status quo, assess deployment maturity, and shape strategic inputs and prioritisation for business planning, whilst fostering two-way dialogue between ‘the strategy’ and ‘the business’ to provide an iterative feedback loop into strategy creation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Support the creation and maintenance of Strategy Deployment Roadmaps
•    Lead the delivery of key workstreams in Strategic deployment
•    Lead deliverables on large projects, and conduct feasibility, maturity and lessons learnt assessments. 
•    Lead activities on stakeholder mapping including project engagement and communications plans.
•    Prepare status reporting to key stakeholders on project progress
•    Lead project related governance and cadence, facilitating workshops and meetings with cross functional project teams to deliver robust recommendations to complex problems
•    Day-to-day line management of a strategy analyst within your Strategy Business Partner pillar 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

As a strong Project Manager, you will have a sound understanding of Strategy, you will also require the below: 
•    Stakeholder Management experience
•    Strong Project Management skills
•    Experience of practical application of strategy deployment & business change
•    Experience in conducting strategic assessments
•    Experience of working on large scale change initiatives
•    Knowledge of theoretical and practical application of strategy deployment & business change
•    Strong commercial and financial acumen in the context of the automotive sector

We have two LL6 level Strategy Deployment Manager vacancies; one aligned to the Attract & Retain Value Creation System and the other to the Plan, Buy, Make Value Creation System. Preferences/Suitability can be discussed at interview/offer stage.
