WHAT TO EXPECT

 

As a Senior Campaign Automation Specialist you will be responsible for building, activating and optimising strategic modern luxury communications across the Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender and Discovery end to end life cycles. 

 

This role would suit someone with a strong passion for our clients and our brands, who puts the customer at the heart of every touchpoint. You will be pivotal in the delivery of key client communications with a richer and more personalised customer experience leveraging our Global MarTech stack. This will help to drive stronger activation of our Client Experience Framework and enable JLR to deliver a Customer First client experience.  

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Global customer journey and campaign prioritisation
  • Leading the build and activation of global strategic customer communications programmes with our partners across the full end to end customer life cycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our wider global tech stack
  • Optimise campaign performance by monitoring and analyse campaign metrics by recommending and implementing continuous campaign improvement actions
  • Work with MarTech SME community to align on prioritisation of data availability or tech readiness to activate prioritised campaigns and journeys
  • Manage relationships with key senior and junior business stakeholders through regular input and communications 

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • Extensive experience of marketing campaign build and activation via multiple channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience of working with dynamic content and personalisation, ideally with a knowledge of AMPScript, Journey Builder, SMS, cloud pages and push notifications
  • Experience in delivering multi-language campaigns, handing multiple email variants 
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, using a CDP and / or other data modelling techniques to drive Customer Experience
