Beyond Property, Purchasing, HR and IT, more than being part of our Finance or Marketing teams, beyond even Sales and Service, every role in every business area offers unique opportunities to make an impact on the future of mobility and the automotive industry.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Working with the Global Benefits Manager, you will focus on supporting the efficient and effective operational delivery of UK employment benefits; and have oversight of global benefits governance and compliance.

The role will lead on business projects where benefits expertise is required; and provide ad-hoc support to the transformation team on employee benefits future strategy.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritise and deliver tasks to achieve objectives as defined by the Global Benefits Manager.
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships, with stakeholders, internally and externally to drive the strategic benefits and Reward agenda forward and influence change.
  • Lead on business projects, where employee benefit advice and support is required.
  • Act as the senior contact for employee benefits providers and as the escalation contact.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Familiar with operating independently; knowing where to reprioritise.
  • Project management skills; managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with employees, colleagues and external providers in a calm and professional manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Building strong relationships

SO WHY US?
