WHAT TO EXPECT
Join our Vehicles programmes division as a Scrum Master where you can expect to pioneer the next generation of outstanding vehicles.
We are on the lookout for a Scrum Master who has an agile mindset with the ability to coach and mentor team members in agile practices, also being able to make tough decisions, hold team members accountable and deal with large cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Key accountabilities & responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for coaching the Product Owners / Product Managers on their responsibilities whilst setting sprint goals and clearly cascading information to the squads.
The Scrum Master will be accountable for using Agile frameworks i.e. Scrum, Kanban to our advantage putting the customer at the forefront of value-driven decisions and coaching the team on Scrum adoption and implementation across JLR and External suppliers.
Further duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Help squads on introspection to continually improve and reach high-performance
• Create visibility of the work being completed and value being delivered through KPIs and dashboards
• Co-ordinate dependencies and facilitate the removal of impediments and risks
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essential:
• Fundamental knowledge of using JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration tools
• understanding of Agile principles and adopting Agile frameworks such as Scrum & Kanban
• Experience in managing complex Projects/Products across multiple stakeholder groups
• Experienced at building effective cross-functional relationships with strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
• Comfortable dealing with new business initiatives, whilst utilising existing programme management skills
