WHAT TO EXPECT:
As a Project Management Co-Ordinator you will provide general support and co-ordinate a project in a number of areas; governance requirements, reporting, assurance processes, project management processes, general communications at Manufacturing Systems. This role will act as a central point of co-ordination to deliver SAP S4/HANA project.

 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support and assistance on a project the areas of; governance requirements, reporting, assurance processes, project management processes, general communications to support the delivery of SAP S4/HANA, project 
  • Assist colleagues with the preparation of key gateways and support the roll-out of improvement initiatives
  • Assist with the preparation of key gateways and support the roll-out of improvement initiatives
  • Work on the reporting of key programme metrics as defined by the area
  • Utilise standardised project management tools to support a smooth project delivery 
  • Support the identification of opportunities to improve processes and ways of working on programmes across the area and define best practices

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Previous experience of working in the Project Support / Project Coordination role in a large company 
  • Good understanding of project management principles
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable experience of process improvement and working in a project support role
  • Experience of metric and reporting delivery to support programme delivery
