WHAT TO EXPECT:
The Global Procurement Technology helpdesk (known as P2P help) provides an invaluable system process support to not only Global Procurement but also requisitioners within JLR as wells as across our supplier base. As a System support specialist you will be supporting several hundred users across the Global Procurement landscape, including production and non-production Procurement, TD, SVO as well as our suppliers using the JLR portal.


 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Resolution of PO Queries in line with agreed SLAs via frequent face to face interaction with customers
  • Liaison with our offshore service delivery partner(s) to ensure queries/Procurement document updates managed in accordance with the required SLA’s
  • Query prevention through analysis of query types (Identifying & implementing system improvement performance) 
  • Hold consultations/surgeries with Buyers, requisitioners and other stakeholders as required.
  • Work with suppliers to continuously improve the customer experience for users using the support of the Global Procurement System Support help desk.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proven track record in relationship management
  • Track record of successful customer service 
  • Able to deliver quality and consistency in a complex, highly demanding environment 
  • Effective communicator with a proven track record of demonstrating logical and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work to deadlines
