Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Technical Knowledge: You’ll have a solid foundation within testing practises, as well as a deep knowledge of automotive technologies (e.g Communication buses) .
  • Leadership: You’ll be able to lead and inspire your team, while also providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Communication: You’ll be an excellent communicator, able to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: You’ll have the experience managing software development projects, including the ability to create and manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Team Building: You’ll have the ability to create a cohesive team that works together effectively and efficiently, and foster an environment of trust, respect, and collaboration
  • Coaching and Mentoring: You’ll take great pride in coaching and mentoring team members, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

 

  WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Knowledge of the software development process, including agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in managing software development projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, and GitLab, and experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ability to lead a team of developers, including coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
