WHAT TO EXPECT:
The Jaguar Land Rover Creative Organisation is evolving to a new way of working, which will enable the execution of our Reimagine strategy. The evolved organisation includes housing various creative hubs (Vehicle, Brand, Digital and Materiality Design), which are pivotal in our inflection towards a Modern Luxury future and reflects the growing importance to the entire enterprise.
This role represents an exciting opportunity within the newly created Brand Design team. This role has a broad remit in a fast-moving creative environment which will require high levels of autonomy, organisation, drive and exceptional communication skills. Operating very closely alongside the leadership teams this role requires the individual to have an excellent understanding of necessary procedure and protocol both at department and company level.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
● Acting as a point of contact for the Brand Design Director and their 1st line
● Assist collating relevant information in preparation for senior reviews ensuring the Brand Design Directors priorities and workload are managed efficiently
● To support the Brand Directors PA in prioritising the Brand Directors time most effectively
● Responsible for monitoring and tracking Brand Directors priority projects within creative, whilst identifying potential risks.
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Effective coordination and ability to manage long term planning requirements.
• Specialist ability to translate a strategy into a plan with clear outcomes and objectives.
• Strong skills in building and managing relationships, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive consensus through diverse perspectives.
• Ability to work in an agile and flexible manner.
• Effective time management
