WHAT TO EXPECT

JLR are currently looking for an experienced Product Lead who specialises in working with Mulesoft to join their Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE). The Salesforce CoE provides access to SME Product knowledge to enable forward thinking assistance to the business on the Salesforce Products JLR has purchased, which also includes the use of Mulesoft. 

Mulesoft has been given the approval by the Enterprise Architecture team to provide patterns and capabilities that will allow seamless OOO Salesforce to Salesforce cloud integrations. You will provide day to day governance, quality assurance, direction and product roadmaps for the Mulesoft product to the Salesforce CoE.  To recognise the importance of Mulesoft, JLR IDT has taken the opportunity to build a brand-new CoE dedicated to ensuring all capabilities relating to Salesforce are managed through one single organisation.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Act as a MuleSoft evangelist within the organisation, promoting and highlighting the benefits of the platform for integration requirements.
• Build the Mulesoft internal roadmaps and help identify the investment plans and make Identification of any Mulesoft license demand.
• Ongoing Operational Product optimisation for Mulesoft.
• Ensure future Seasonal Releases are understood and impacted assessed for Mulesoft and assist Product Managers and Squads in the creation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Responsible for researching the market, wider industry, competitors and similar products to help define tactical and future strategic direction for Mulesoft, attending conferences and events related to the Mulesoft product or sector and driving innovation to set ambition for the product.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Technical Mulesoft knowledge where service quality & security is a priority.
• Commercial acumen and a history of making innovative and profitable decisions with respect to the Mulesoft product.
• Experience of defining short term strategies (Product Roadmaps) within the Salesforce environment to enable Cloud to Cloud integrations.
• Experience as a Mulesoft product lead at the Salesforce Enterprise eco system level, strategic and operational.
• Agile experience and a customer first mind-set who is driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable.
