WHAT TO EXPECT

 

This role sits within the Global Technology management team, who ensure delivery of critical improvement programmes across the existing Purchasing technology landscape.

 

As a Senior Project Coordinator you’ll work closely and coordinate the activity of the technical subject matter experts within the Purchasing Technology team and IT, to coordinate essential product enhancements, and support business improvement projects that impact Purchasing technology, and the Purchase to Pay process. You’ll also act as primary interface with Business Assurance and Corporate Audit.

 

Your key responsibilities are to establish an effective project management cadence that ensures delivery of projects that are being led by the Purchasing Technology team, coordinate project activity to review processes; procedures; work instructions; and systems, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ensure process improvement activity, audit and key issues are resolved in a timely manner.

 

You’ll also provide status reports on any process or operational irregularities, and you’ll be responsible for policy and procedural compliance.

 

You may also be required to travel internationally to support the regional teams.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

As the Senior Project Coordinator you’ll have proven project delivery capability, managing multiple, complex projects with a large number of stakeholder groups, excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to liaise at all levels, especially with Executive and Senior Leaders.

 

You’ll also have workload and planning execution management experience with demonstrable evidence of delivery in changing environments, and the ability to facilitate the resolution of complex cross-functional issues.

 

Ideally you’ll:

 

• Have experience as a project manager in a large, complex organisation
• Be professionally qualified (Degree, MCIPS, or Professional Programme Management level)
• Be creative and able to scope work from a blank canvas.
