WHAT TO EXPECT

 

As a HIL Rig engineer, situated within our Charging Software Validation Chapter you’ll be part of a dynamic and innovative team that validates the charging system software to ensure we deliver our charging systems on time and to quality. The main activity for this role will be to support the planning Implement test frameworks to enable the verification of functional and non-functional requirements, specifically HiL rig development.

 

 Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with a diverse team to validate in-house SW for our charging/discharging products
  • Support preparation of test facility and/or test parts to enable effective and test results on time
  • Support issue resolution using problem solving tools
  • Documents test results, procedures and quality improvement opportunities
  • To support continuous improvement activity with the goal of improving test efficiency and/or product quality

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • An understanding of charging technology and/or power electronics (i.e.AC/DC, DC/DC topologies) 
  • Experience using HiL Rig, such as dSpace toolsets
  • Knowledge in root cause examination and debugging system failures
