WHAT TO EXPECT

 

As Global Warranty Audit Program Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that globally, all Auditors are completing the audits inline with JLRs Audit Program. You will provide live audit support directly to the Auditors, NSCs/Regional Offices and importers. You will also support and guide action plans for retailers with NSCs/Regional offices and importers to ensure compliance.

You will complete and support irregular claim investigations where there are identified irregularities and/or whistleblowing events and act as an escalation point to NSCs/Regional Offices and importers to proactively drive the improvement in retailer performance.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

 

  • Support compliance with NSCs/Regional offices/Importers on Retailer Action plans. Provide support and best practice to proactively assist in driving retailer improvement. This involves the management of Process improvement plans with the responsible team members.
  • Support and conduct Warranty training activities in line with Market requests.
  • Support live Audit questions and concerns and provide operational guidance to ensure one Global Audit approach.
  • Be the lead Audit authority and conduct warranty audits which are challenging. For example, political audits that potentially have legal consequences, irregular claim investigations identified during audit or through whistleblowing events.
  • Provide support to represent Warranty Operations with Internal audit activities.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • Experience of Audit
  • Experience in end-to-end of Retailer Service Processes
  • Knowledge of Warranty
  • Ability to write detail reports in a limited time frame
  • Experience of Vehicle repair methodology
