WHAT TO EXPECT

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketer to join our team, as part of the Marketing Planning & Operations team, for a 13 month fixed term contract. 

 

Your area of responsibility is integral to the global Comms & Insights department and our wider business.

 

You’ll lead, develop and champion the governance process and support the embedding our modern luxury brand identities.

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage core elements of our governance process, acting as secretary for bi-monthly governance meetings with lead stakeholders across the global business
  • Champion the governance process and support the wider Marketing Planning & Operations team to ensure alignment with subsequent governance meetings
  • Own the Brand Support inbox and work closely with your immediate team to create and embed our identity standards into all areas of the business
  • Be a key stakeholder in the development of our new brand identity guidelines, to ensure new guidelines are comprehensive and successfully communicated and embedded across the business

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Experience leading governance process(es) 
  • Strong understanding of the importance of brand identity and its application 
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders (director level), and regions/markets
  • Excellent organisational skills and great eye for consistency
  • Being flexible and adaptable to change and uncertainty

 

Please note that this is a temporary assignment for 13 months.  If you are a permanent employee, you will return to your current role / team at the end of the assignment unless you find an alternative role.  If you are a fixed term employee, you will be offered a new fixed term contract for this assignment.

 

This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
