The Jaguar Land Rover Training Academy is part of the Italian National Sales Company, dedicated to the technical training and growth of our people and a centre of excellence for the automotive sector. It also hosts the headquarter of the Italian Engineering Team who specialise in assisted and automated driving software development.

Jaguar Land Rover is undergoing a digital-first, data-driven transformation to drive the future of the automotive industry.
Starting in 2025, all new Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles will be built on the NVIDIA DRIVE™ software-defined platform-delivering a wide spectrum of active safety, automated driving and parking systems as well as driver assistance systems.
Part of Jaguar Land Rover Italy, our team will have the opportunity to work with a hybrid, agile and collaborative approach, cooperating in a global organisation on the development of the new Assisted and Automated Driving features and playing a key role in reimagining the future of luxury and design with innovation.
