In support of this we provide The Jaguar Land Rover Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which is a free and confidential route for employees to get help if they need it relating to a range of subjects, including money, personal life, relationships, legal issues, family crisis, illness and overall health (physical and mental) or work.

The service can help employees prepare for a challenge and gather essential information. It can also help line managers and supervisors by providing some insight and advice from an expert in relation to managing employees through some of life's challenges, including the topics above.
