WHAT TO EXPECT

 

The Integrated Production System Facilitator position is an exciting and diverse role with the opportunity to greatly influence the performance of the production facility. You will drive a standardised approach to operating with our MOS framework and using your expertise to upskill the IPS team.

 

This role is wide reaching and diverse in terms of its day-to-day responsibilities, working on the deployment, development and sustainment of the lean systems and tools.

 

You will also have the opportunity to work on improvement related projects related to production constraints (quality, efficiency and availability) throughout the business.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Leading the IPS team members and overseeing the effective running of the department
  • Deployment and coaching of lean systems and tools
  • Lead multi-functional teams using problem solving methods such as PPS and Six Sigma tools
  • Deliver elements of internal IPS scorecard relevant to hall/function
  • Drive system and tool adherence and improvement i.e. 5S target, standard work adherence, Kaizen engagement

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Strong lean skillset understanding and an ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Complex problem-solving tools – CCAR, L0, PPS, Sigma
  • Ability to coordinate the team through complex issues
  • Coaching and mentoring background
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
