WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Power Train Production Operations is responsible for the manufacture of the JLR Propulsion systems to support the current and next generation of JLR vehicles. Delivering a premium product, the EMC operations team have established, developed and continue to grow the facility to ensure a first-class service to our customer base.

 

The Data Integrity Supervisor will report into the Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) Operations Manager. You will manage an expanding team of Data Integrity and Perpetual Inventory (PI) analysts, with responsibility for:

 

•    Timing in engineering changes across both current engine (running change) and new model year introduction points
•    Inventory accuracy and reporting for the EPMC

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


•    Manage and develop the capability of a team of 5 analysts 
•    Demonstrate 100% flexibility / commitment and support in all situations, including out-of-hours when necessary
•    Carry out any other departmental requests/tasks as required


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

•    Understanding of Engineering Change Control and Perpetual Inventory and have strong computer literacy and proficiency in all relevant business systems including SAP 
•    Manage priorities, identify issues & solutions using own initiative, coupled with a desire to make a difference and achieve results
•    Demonstrate drive with a customer focussed approach and good organisational skills and have the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities whilst maintaining focus
•    Ability to perform well under pressure with high levels of responsibility
•    High level of self-motivation and determination and the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
