WHAT TO EXPECT

We have many vibrant engineering development centres in various countries around the world and require a talented Scrum Master to join the UK Centre.
As a Scrum Master you’ll be joining an agile, experienced and high performing team that operates a complex and innovative stakeholder landscape where you'll have the opportunity to support/mentor teams to evolve into high performers in an agile setting where you’ll get to collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure attainable goals are set and delivered by your team.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Coaching others in Agile best practices and how to remove impediments
- Enabling teams to deliver business objectives
- Generate and share reports on team performance, objectives and forecasts
- Manage external product dependencies
- Mentor and support other scrum masters
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Familiar with Agile Project Management in a Scrum Master capacity that has been applied to a technical environment and cross functional teams
- Familiar with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE along with agile planning tools such as Jira and confluence.
- Understanding of Software Development processes and continuous delivery
- Experience in mentoring, coaching and leading others
- Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
