WHAT TO EXEPCT
This Project Delivery Lead is a project focused opportunity overseeing stakeholder management requirements from Procurement and JLR IDT (Information Digital Technology.) to deliver software solutions in support of JLR remaining at the cutting edge of the Automotive Industry
PDI (Procurement Digital & Innovation) work closely with JLR Procurement to understand their Digital needs and then consolidate those requirements to ensure engagement with JLR IDT is streamlined, ensuring a strategic, integrated, world class digital infrastructure is delivered.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Align with the Modern Luxury behaviours and principles, whilst adhering to the Creator’s Code when collaborating with business stakeholders
- Engage with wide ranging stakeholders throughout Procurement to understand, interpret and streamline their requirements for Digital solution
- Develop relationships with multi-functional team across Industrial Operations to ensure we capture all necessary requirements, avoiding duplication
- Create and manage project delivery plans to ensure alignment with key governance
- Represent projects at senior forums to provide status updates and next steps
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Experience in the application of project management principles, methodologies, tools and techniques
- Experience of complex tactical and srategic projects
- A customer first mindset with a natural ability to collaborate and engage and influence others
- Capable of identify and applying solution-focused interventions
- An understanding of procurement processes and/or digital transformation is highly desirable but not essential
