WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Working as part of the cross-functional and multi-national team delivering One App product, you’ll be responsible for guiding squads to plan and deliver work in a self-organised and cross-functional manner, to ensure maximum value delivery.

 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 

  • Facilitating agreed One App Governance and ensuring that Ways of Working are applied effectively
  • Managing Capability boards, dependencies, risks and supporting escalations in appropriate forums
  • Supporting Squads with Jira/Confluence/facilitation 
  • Reporting effectiveness and value outcomes
  • Creating high functioning teams

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Knowledge of Agile tooling and methods
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to communicate across different cultures and adapt communication styles
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust/iterate if needs be
  • Good stakeholder and time management skills
