WHAT TO EXPECT:
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Coordinator to join our team, supporting the JLR Senior Director for Strategy and Programme Delivery. The role is critical to the smooth running of the “Strategy and Programme Delivery” function and requires a great level of flexibility and comes with a high level of responsibility.  As the Team Coordinator you’ll have sole responsibility of the Director’s time, prioritising key business activity, liaising with their leadership team, management of objectives, management and preparation of paperwork and follow up of actions, delivery on time and on quality of all tasks assigned to the Director and their function.
 
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, document approvals, meeting organisation, travel & expense organisation.
  • Diary co-ordination and management.
  • Booking meeting rooms, venues, catering and general events logistics (as applicable).
  • Provide administrative support on the maintenance of documentation to enable effective delivery of team objectives, including forward reviews and briefing documents.
  • Ordering and maintaining equipment supplies.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the team and wider business on general departmental queries.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Previous experience working in an administration role.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing organisation.
  • Detail orientated with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills – particularly with Microsoft Office packages.
