WHAT TO EXPECT

 

As a Workforce Operations Compliance & Specialist Support you will be providing technical support for Workforce Operations and compliance for the UK Payroll Operations. Reporting to the Workforce Operations Transformation Manager, you will be supporting technical projects and driving forward change and efficiencies to support business strategies.
 
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

  • Monitoring the Kronos inbox, resolving queries, raising of cases and change requests for all Kronos related requests/issues and maintaining Remedy tickets
  • Providing updates to Workforce Operations team on new configurations, being involved with new functionality testing and managing sign off new releases
  • Investigating and resolving queries including employee data displayed
  • Running clock synchronisation jobs, maintaining clock groups per site ensuring ‘lock downs’ and producing WFC reports
  • Supporting the Payroll and Systems SME on all new release/patch testing

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • Substantial experience of working in a large multi-site payroll department
  • Experienced in project delivery and management
  • Knowledge of payroll and time and attendance systems
  • Excellent organisation, communication, customer service and stakeholder skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as a team player
