WHAT TO EXPECT

 

You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the quality of the operation and management and delivery of business performance measures for JLR’s Solihull venue.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
 

  • Creating an environment of theatre to entertain and inform guests, reflecting brand values
  • Responsible for all off-site drive activities as sold through JLRE Solihull
  • Responsible for all Health and Safety issues on site including staff training allocation
  • Responsible for all JLR all company assets inc. Building, fleet, off road facilities and security on site
  • Responsible for JLR direct employees, agency and purchased service staff whilst on duty

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Business management skills
  • Awareness of key business metrics e.g. score cards
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence others
  • Enthusiasm, drive, commitment and the confidence to achieve goals with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good organisational and planning skills and in Microsoft office applications, Excel, Word, Power Point, business software
