WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Business Excellence Assistant, you will be part of a highly motivated and driven team, responsible for supporting a multitude of activities and events around the business (on and off site) helping to deliver both physical and dynamic activities at all levels of the Business and interacting with all levels of leadership and associates whilst demonstrating exceptional role-model business behaviours that align to our Creators’ Code mind-set and our way of working to create and maintain a culture of diversity, Equality and Inclusion that is applied throughout JLR.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Reward and Recognition event planning and facilitation support
• SLT and visitor designated driver for events, car change over and servicing
• Leadership events support to aid in the room and equipment set up such as IBP/leadership/Corporate/business events etc.
• Delivery of key equipment and joining instructions as required
• Meet and greet for visitors to the business (including escorting those across plant etc.)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Able to demonstrate strong behaviour skills in demanding environments
• Able to challenge all non-adherence in a constructive manner with a never walk past mind-set. 
• Naturally strives for continuous improvement and waste reduction in a controlled way.
• Conversant with Communications and Information Technology including common applications (MS/Google/TEAMS)
• Flexible; prepared to work anywhere across the plant and Business i.e., other shifts, other technology areas and complete reasonable requested tasks outside of your ‘normal’ role.
• Full UK Driving License
