WHAT TO EXPECT 

 

As a Reliability Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and efficient maintenance of the Trim and Final Facilities/equipment. Maximise operational uptime and minimise downtime. Trouble shoot equipment failures and optimise maintenance practices to enhance plant efficiency and asset longevity. 

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

•    Identify and analyse root cause of equipment failures and operational issues
•    Implement strategies and improvements to enhance equipment reliability
•    Track key performance indicators (KPI’s)
•    Participate in FMEA analysis to drive maintenance strategy and equipment improvements
•    Track equipment condition through CBM techniques such as thermography, acoustic imaging & oil analysis
•    Utilisation of CMMS to raise, carryout and close equipment defects
•    Assist Cross functional teams with downtime reduction initiatives/improvements
•    Liaise with vendors for specialised maintenance support and solutions

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

•    Time served Maintenance background
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent understanding of reliability principles and maintenance practices
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Proficiency in CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems)
•    Passed one of the following qualifications: Indentured Apprenticeship, Craftsman Certificate, or a Level 3 in one of the following - BTEC, NVQ, OCR Cambridge Nationals or National Diploma
