WHAT TO EXPECT 

 

The maintenance team operate in a quality and delivery orientated role maintaining and managing many types of assets and commodities including incoming electricity, compressed air, gas, HVAC equipment and BMS infrastructure / controls. For that reason, many of the projects delivered are highly capital intensive and require careful cost management and project delivery team management.

 

As a Project Engineer, you'll lead and manage projects aligned to maintenance & infrastructure upgrades along with supporting the site uplift and transformation.

 

Your responsibilities will include leading, managing and delivering the required projects along with any team that will be critical for delivery. This could be in-house team, short term employee’s or contractors.

 

Project management will include all necessary regulations etc are adhered and full communication between customer when delivering along with gant charts and timelines.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

 

•    Manage and deliver transformation & maintenance programmes on time and on budget.
•    Investigating, scoping, and delivery of small projects for Site Services, transformation and customer teams
•    Development and implementation of Site Services CAPEX project needs for next 5-10 years.
•    Ensure projects deliver to appropriate departmental and corporate standards, including appropriate training, project commissioning and documentation upon completion.
•    Support project team interfacing into ME eg site impacts during delivery

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

 

•    Project management accreditation and evidence of examples.
•    Varied mix of projects delivered in line with maintenance, new installations, and site investment & transformation.
•    Good knowledge of building and infrastructures including mains services.
•    Good knowledge of various Heating, Ventilation, compressed air Systems, lighting etc
•    Supervisory & work planning skills
