WHAT TO EXPECT
This role is dedicated for our self-driven, end2end In-Cabin development team. The project is special due to the close supplier discussions and one of the first to deliver a great product with our partner in the In-Cabin area. The In-Cabin features are CERT, NCAP and Job#1 critical and thus business-critical.
- Developing and writing code for new functions and features which will be applied in prototypes and in series cars as well as development of new applications for InCabin features
- Work on vehicle integration and collaborating with suppliers to implementation
- Use your expertise to train new colleagues on a good and efficient coding style
- Together with your team, always re-discuss and develop a coding style which will support the code to be actively used, reused and make it reliable, secure and safe
- Test of the implementation on simulations, the hardware and in the targeted product/ prototype vehicles. This also includes regular test drives for you as a developer in order to get the real customer’s feeling in our high-quality products
- You will be one of the first to experience the latest ADAS and autonomous driving systems first-hand
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- University Degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience with active developing of software
- Expert in hand coding software development and good knowledge in model based development
- Test driven development experience
- SCRUM/ Agile experience and good analytical skills
- Clear software architecture and solid software design as well as good software quality will be the basis of your daily work
- A resilient and enthusiastic who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs
- An individual with the ability to prioritize their workload and good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas
- An effective team player who supports team members
- The role needs an individual who is highly creative and can think laterally
