Reception, Postal Services and Access Control Operator

Grade A, local Nitra,

Contract: temporary for 12 months

Salary:  From 1060 eur monthly, 0-15% yearly bonus, other benefits according JLR rule

OPPORTUNITY

The position is responsible for receiving visitors and administrative activities related to visits, receiving and sending postal items from and to the JLR in Nitra.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Activites in Access Control

 

a. Management of the JLR access system according to established procedures and processes.

b. coordination of the work of AC Room employee (1 empl. )

c. solving problems related to a malfunctioning system - communication with UK colleagues to eliminate the problem

d. supervision of the proper performance of work duties by AC Room employees

e. communication and processing of reports for the department manager from AC activities

f. setting the proper functioning of entry processes and systems (system prevention of unauthorized entry of persons, illegal work, etc.)

 

Post office 

a. coordinates the work of post office employees (2 empl.)

b. oversees compliance with processes and procedures in connection with the performance of postal services

c. processes and checks invoices for services provided - supervises on invoice payment

d. processes KPI reports for the department manager for the area of ​​postal services

e. is authorized to communicate with representatives of the state post office

d. participates in the implementation of new processes and procedures in connection with legislative changes

 

Reception services

a. supervises and manages the operation of the reception staff so that the performance of the reception is ensured in accordance with Act 473/20205 on SBS and valid regulations and procedures of JLR

b. prepares KPI reports for the department manager

c. cooperates with the FLS  in setting up the visit processes and the actions of the reception

d. ensures the proper operation of the reception and ensures the needs for the performance of the reception staff

e. cooperates with other departments in matters of requirements for entry to the JLR if applicable requests for changes (prototype phase, confidential, launch of a new model, etc.)
