OPPORTUNITY

This role is the HR Analytics & Automation Consultant within the Slovakia People department. The role will focus on enabling the delivery of people processes and services through effective use of analytics & automation. The role will work closely with the People services teams and Digital/IT.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

  • Lead for HR analytics, building high impact Tableau dashboards with great visualisation (both People services delivery reports and JLR SK people reports for the business) utilising various data sources such as SF+, Vema.
  • Automate and continuously improve recurring reports.
  • Support HR leadership in decision making by data-driven, ad-hoc analyses.
  • Leading activities related to Our JLR application – building champions network, driving user engagement, stakeholder engagement, content management, defining future developments, communication with internal comms team and Programme team in UK
  • Lead for HR related sharepoint sites incl management of role based access and information libraries e.g. SK People services mindtouch sharepoint site, and in the future, development of JLR SK HR sharepoint site.
  • Lead for HR automation utilising office 365 tools.  Working with cross-HR team to identify business problems, root causes, prioritise, define data requirements. Defines data sources and deliver technology enabled process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the UK based central People Analytics and Automations team to ensure consistent standards are implemented, taking into account local Slovak requirements.
  • Knowledge sharing and training with other HR team members to upgrade excel and other technology skills.
  • Attend JLR technology user forums for knowledge sharing and best practice, to learn practice from other users groups.
  • Maintain HR Store Sharepoint – to allow access to all required reports. Manage the content and access in compliance with GDPR rules together with UK Data and Digital team.
  • Ensure data quality and technology content standards in Slovakia to enable effective business analytics and reporting.
  • Co-ordinate and status manage resolution of technology defects and incidents in Slovakia with UK HR colleagues and IT partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex end user support issues, working with UK HR colleagues and IT partners (i.e. TCS).
  • Co-ordinate testing in Slovakia for new technology releases.
  • Champion GDPR compliance and protection of the data that we manage within our HR technology landscape in Slovakia.
  • Champion great end user experience in HR technology to make it easy for our customers to do business with us
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time

 

WHAT YOU´LL NEED

 

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, O365 tools and Tableau, to enable people analytics and automation
  • Experience with managing application development (power aps for 500+ users)
  • Experience in digital product management
  • Strong sharepoint management skills
  • Good knowledge of data privacy requirements and able to build into design of solutions
  • Methodical and detail oriented
  • Experience of delivering technology changes
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong communicator
  • Fluent English
  • Understanding of HR processes
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors or shared service systems
  • Experience of working on business transformation/technology implementation programmes
  • Experience of working in a cross-functional team
  • Experience of implementing a HR or finance technology system
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
