OPPORTUNITY
This role sits with the KD Operations holding responsibility for the end to end set up, maintenance, and delivery of the SAP solution within KD operations. Pack Shop has Data Integrity managed daily, part number changes and inventory across all vehicle´s that come through the Pack Shop including (running change) and new vehicle and engine model year introductions. Also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Generate counts required according to cyrcle program and demands of our business customers.
• Liase with counters tooptimise and improve program data.
• Reconcile systems stocks on SAP within strict FM guidelines
• Maintain Data integrity with regard to “install area”, “Advance jobs”, “Commodity codes and Cycle checker codes including plant measurables.
• Investigate causes of Out of Tolerance adjustments and inform relevant areas of issues, as required.
• Maintain departmental records and filing systems as supporting evidence for auditors.
• Support part changes of vehicle and engine, model year run out programs in order to ensure a smooth transition and minimise obsolescence.
• Support and work with the team achieve its targets
• Carry out ad hoc requests as required
WHAT YOU´LL NEED
• Good understanding of Logistic processes and data integrity experience preferable
• Working knowledge of parts receiving and storage into Warehouses/Decks
• IT skills (Excel, Word, Access…) as well as knowledge of SAP.
• Able to be responsible for your own targets and also work with the team to achieve departmental targets.
• Able to be flexible and respond positively to change.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Customer focused, results driven individual with the ability to deliver timebound hands on operational support in a demanding environment, whilst being able to plan ahead
• An individual with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities
