POSITION:  Distribution Analyst

RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $64,000 - $77,000*

LOCATION: Mississauga, Ontario

Reporting to the Distribution Manager - Canada, you will be responsible to coordinate and direct vehicle ordering and all realted activies .   

 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization. Here’s what to expect:

 

  • The Distribution Analyst is responsible for the all Distribution–related tasks for the Jaguar brand, and the following Land Rover models: Discovery Sport, Discovery and Defender.
    • Order Calls – Administer the vehicle ordering process as required 
    • Retailer Inquiries – Timely response to all Distribution related retailer inquires 
    • Wholesale Forecasting – Monthly and adhoc as necessary  
    • Price Testing – for new models and model years 
    • MTT Set up and Maintenance– for new models and model years 
    • Port Installed Accessories – Vista set up and maintenance as required  
    • Company Car/OUV Ordering 
    • Ship Receipting – Autoport notification, review Port Installed Acc. for conflicts 
    • Inventory Files/Reports –  As required 
    • Transit Damage Claims - Oversee, support and assist the Port Manager
  • Monthly Invoice Reconciliation/Processing/Approval 
    • Financial reconciliation of POs (purchase orders) with finance team 
    • Create/maintain POs for CN, Hansen’s, eTracks, Silvers 
    • Reconcile/process/approve monthly invoices for CN, Hansen’s, eTracks, Silvers
  • Monthly/Annually 
    • Monthly Pipeline Percentage sold orders  
    • ​​​​​​​RPRA Audit (Tire Recycling) 
    • eTracks reporting and Audit (Tire Recycling) 
    • Annual Transport times project (days to retailer)
  • Perform other duties as required

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience;
  • 1-3 years  experience related to the role
  • Strong leadership, team management and strategic thinking
  • Product and brand knowledge 
  • Collaboration and communication 
  • End-to-end project management 
  • Project planning and execution 
  • Data-driven performance management and improvement 
  • Intermediate/Advance skills in – Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP 
  • Automotive technical background considered an asset

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

* Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
