POSITION:  Academy Performance Lead - Canada

RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $74,000 - $93,000*

LOCATION: Mississauga, Ontario

Reporting to the Training Director - North America, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and the managing of  Retailer Training KPI's in Canada. This role is critical to providing training needs and requirements for all Jaguar Land Rover Canada (JLRC) Retailers.  In addition, you will be responsible for all North America Reporting and LMS operation and considered the Subject matter expert.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization. Here’s what to expect:

 

  • Support Canadian Training Academy, budget, schedule, and facilities
  • Develop and create monthly reports and data visualizations for the entire North American market 
  • Support In-person training with attendee booking, scheduling, training material management, food & beverage organization, and other ad hoc responsibilities, while ensuring every aspect of delegate experience is a Modern Luxury one.
  • Respond to retailer questions with regard to training requirements, classroom and virtual enrolments, Launch enrollments, In-Retailer Training enrollments, eLearning issues, training chargebacks, etc. 
  • Act as the Learning Management System (LMS) NA Lead and support person (questions, passwords resets / lockouts, tickets).
  • Perform other duties as required

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience;
  • Minimum 3 years experience related to the role
  • Experience with automotive OEM / Industry / Retail/Training 
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent Communication skills in all areas with in-person, presentations, writing, and phone 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage several activities at once 
  • French is an asset but not required 
  • Tableau Desktop experience preferred
  • Programming Lanaguage (SQL, Python, etc.) a plus

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
