POSITION: Transformation & Digital Demand Intern

 Jaguar Land Rover North America’s internship program is a great opportunity for college students entering their junior or senior year, or who are currently in a graduate school program, to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of the automotive industry!  This is a great opportunity for personal growth and development from a business and learning perspective.

 

In this internship, you will be the Business Analyst for the Transformation & Digital Demand department, spending the first several months of the program immersed in training with our digital media tools and partners.You will then be responsible for translating learnings from the training period to insights, reports, and fresh ideas for our Digital Transformation projects. By the end of this “super internship,”  you will have gained subject matter expertise and formal certifications in a broad portfolio of major digital media and analytics tools, as well as practical experience leveraging them in an evolving business strategy for Jaguar and Land Rover’s House of Brands.

 

 Details of the program:

  • The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor’s Degree program or a Graduate Program
  • The Internship runs from June 16, 2025 to May 22, 2026
  • 25-29 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
  • Hybrid Schedule available  

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Contribute to digital transformation and strategy development in hands-on strategy sessions
  • Gain experience producing reports and analyses that help managers make decisions about improving digital products and experiences
  • Work cross-functionally across many departments and agencies at JLR to understand the various components of creating a customer-centric experience 
  • Learn system Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, etc.
  • Perform other duties as required.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in progress (Junior or Senior), or pursuing a graduate studies degree 
  • Enrolled in a college/university program in the Fall 2025
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a desire to learn more about business strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with additional Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Visio, etc.) or Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is preferred, but not required
  • At the time of application, legally able to work in the United States.
