POSITION: Training Intern

Jaguar Land Rover North America’s internship program is a great opportunity for college students entering their junior or senior year, or who are currently in a graduate school program, to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of the automotive industry! This is a great opportunity for personal growth and development from a business and learning perspective.
In this internship, you will assist the Training team in a number of exciting and innovative areas such as training development, product launches and retailer Rewards and Recognitions programs (TReK and Journey to Excellence).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Technical Training teams to identify and develop Tableau dashboard reporting and validation.
- Assist with tracking in-person and virtual course attendance in both Customer Experience and Technical Training.
- Product Launch Training- Assist team with product launches as well as brand program development and execution. This includes procurement of assets, coordination of video shoots.
- Process and Product Knowledge Training- Support the Process and Product team with the management of product knowledge training delivery including course scheduling reporting, and coordination of events.
- Rewards and Recognitions- Assist in the fulfillment of awards, correspondence for programs and consulting with vendor partners.
- Interns will collaborate closely with internal teams and trainers to assist with Tableau reporting dashboard build out.
- Monitoring mailbox communications and administration of retailer communications and requests.
- Perform a client experience training analysis to help give an update on which classes require attention monthly/quarterly.
- Submit tickets to our UK Support Team to help resolve queries regarding our Learning Management System Platform (Excellence).
Details of the program:
- The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor’s Degree program or a Graduate Program
- The Internship runs from June 16, 2025 to May 22, 2026
- 25-29 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
- Hybrid Schedule available
- Paid internship - $18/hour
- Must already have eligibility to work in the United States
What you will need:
- The successful candidate must be currently enrolled in a collegiate academic program for 2025/26 (either a junior, senior, or graduate student)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Preferred – knowledge in Tableau
- Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have a desire to learn more about corporate operations
- Natural problem solver, with the ability to derive solutions
- Team player, Dedicated, Committed, Curious, Driven
