POSITION: Senior Accessories Planning Analyst

LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ

Recruitment Salary Range: $92,000 - $115,000

As the Senior Accessories Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for working in coordination with the Sales Operations Department to oversee the JLR Branded vehicle accessories business within the United States for Jaguar and Land Rover brands. This individual is driven and enthusiastic about our business as they are a multi-department liaison between product planning, central teams in the UK, finance, parts and distribution.

 

What to expect:

  • Oversee the fiscal year sales budgeting process. Includes a monthly update and full fiscal year planning, collaborating with teams at the NSC and central.
  • Act as accessories lead to orchestrate cross-departmental meetings and ongoing status updates. Compile any removal and revenue impacts of PIA port business.
  • Lead subject matter expert for field in assessing opportunities for growth at the retailer level
  • Compile data and prepare reports and slide decks for varying presentation forums. Includes directional oversight and management of Accessories Tableau reporting.
  • Implement new and creative means of increasing sales with retailers. Maintain and present best practices and field communication bulletins.
  • Manage the monthly and fiscal year departmental budget for accessories.
  • Develop new and assist in evolution of existing tools for field reporting: technically innovative and attention to detail.
  • Report to the organization on a wide range of performance tasks including retailer and regional target tracking. This will include implementing and further enhancing existent tableau dashboards with our data science team.
  • Plan, implement and track Sales Initiatives and potential Ad-Hoc improvement initiatives
  • Manage relationship with our Sales Department and all JLR Field Staff to ensure maximum sales and profitability of Accessories
  • Compile Ad-Hoc data and prepare reports and slide decks for varying presentation forums.
  • Aid in Inventory management of port-installed accessory parts.
  • Launch and oversee Retailer facing point of sale materials and sales incentives. 

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ year’s automotive experience
  • 3+ year’s budget planning experience
  • Accessories/aftermarket experience desired
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • 3+ years of project management experience desired
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills

 

 

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
