POSITION: Regional Certified Pre-Owned Performance Lead

Your primary responsibility as the Regional CPO Performance Lead for our Mid-Southern Region s to increase CPO performance and remarketing engagement at retailers within their corresponding Region of responsibility. They will implement strategic and tactical planning, create retailer engagement by building solid and compelling business cases using performance analytics and financial statement understanding. This position will work with retailers to assess performance opportunities and process enhancements to enable increased performance. They will be regularly involved in conversations with senior retail leadership, the regional field teams, and will work closely with other members in the Pre-Owned department on various projects.
What you will be doing:
- Analyzing CPO departmental KPIs, such as CPO objectives, retention performance, and overall sales/financial performance.
- Providing CPO Regional Forecasting
- Work with regions to identify areas of opportunity to strengthen Region/ Retailer performance.
- Develop strategy and best practices for selling Accessories specifically on Pre-Owned vehicles.
- Communicate retailer feedback and CPO market needs to National Pre-Owned Dept.
- Remote and In-Retailer Consultancy
- SMART Action Plan Development and Follow-up
- Field Team Training and Support
- Increase Retailer Auction Engagement
- Retailer Education / New Manager ACPO Introduction / ACPO Program Auditing/Consultancy
- Performing other duties as required
Travel: Approximatley 50%
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry
- 5+ years financial/budget analytical experience
- Demonstrated experience of developing sales strategy in a franchise and customer retail environment
- Knowledge of remarketing principles around customer maturities, retention and loyalty initiatives
- Experience in digital transformation and simplification of processes
- Vendor/supplier management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite for data analysis purposes
- Tableau Dashboard experience
- Advanced Written and Verbal Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced Presentation Skills
- Must have strong business acumen, and the ability to work with people at varying levels within the organization.
Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
Recruitment Salary Range: $92,000 - $115,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
