POSITION:  Product Lead - Jaguar

RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $92,000 - $115,000

LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ

Reporting to the US Brand Director for Jaguar, the successful candidate will offer support with analytics for business performance, global business initiatives, and internal and external presentation materials.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization. Here’s what to expect:

  • Leading the optimization and implementation of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the local market, working with the global House of Brands to bring global direction to life
  • Representing the needs of the US market with the global House of Brands and influence global product strategies
  • Becoming subject matter expert for the nameplate and segment.
  • Leading the PPVMT process (product, pricing, volume, mix and take rate (options) for successful new model launches that meet financial objectives
  • Supervising the development of launch materials such as product guides, Monroney Labels and website configurator content.
  • Managing the gathering of local market intelligence on product performance, industry trends, competitive activity, technology and economic outlook.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams within the market to ensure end-to-end performance for the brand
  • Managing and developing one direct report
  • Performing other duties as required

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of automotive; product planning preferred
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking
  • Product and brand knowledge
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • End-to-end product management skillset
  • Commercial acumen
  • Project planning and execution experience
  • Data-driven performance management and improvement
  • Experience with market research
  • Client focused attitude

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
