POSITION:  Product Lead - Evoque & Velar

You will be supporting the Range Rover Brand Director with analytics for business performance, global business initiatives, and internal and external presentation materials.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Leading the optimisation and implementation of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the local market, working with the global House of Brands to bring global direction to life  
  • Managing the market-specific product roadmap aligning with the global House of Brands product roadmap 
  • Managing the gathering of local market intelligence on product performance and communicate this with the House of Brands team and local market functions 
  • Collaborating with other teams within the local market to ensure end-to-end performance for the brand 
  • Planning and delivering local product and services releases aligned to global House of Brands requirements 
  • Managing and optimizing product performance in the market through collaboration with other local market teams
  • Managing market inputs and optimisations to future vehicle programs
  • Ensuring local execution of the brand’s pricing strategy, working with the sales and finance teams to review and optimise​ to meet variable profit targets 
  • Acting as voice of the market and client to the global House of Brands and cross-functional team  to share best practice and knowledge, and to inform global strategies
  • Performing other duties as required

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of automotive; product planning preferred
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking
  • Product and brand knowledge
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • End-to-end product management skillset
  • Commercial acumen
  • Project planning and execution experience
  • Data-driven performance management and improvement
  • Experience with market research
  • Client focused attitude

 

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

Recruitment Salary Range:  $92,000 - $115,000

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
