POSITION:  Product Analyst – House of Brands

LOCATION: Mahwah, NJ

Reporting to the Product Lead, the successful candidate will support the execution of the Brand’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the U.S. market.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Data analytics to support strategy development and US input to global initiatives
  • Monitoring and analysing commercial and brand equity performance data including sales, share, customer service metrics, awareness, loyalty, etc.
  • Monitoring luxury automotive segment trends with an emphasis the SUV segment and key competitive trends (new launches, technology, retail units, MSRP, transaction price, loyalty and economic outlook, etc.)
  • Collaborating with other cross functional teams such as finance, financial services and sales operations within the US to ensure end-to-end performance for the brand
  • Supporting the product pricing, volume, trim mix and options take rate process with analysis in order to deliver a profitable vehicle business proposition that meets corporate thresholds
  • Supporting the creation of the market level product offering  (OXO creation) which includes specifying all the vehicle features and options for all trim levels in order to develop a competitive vehicle that will meet sales targets in the market.
  • Support commercialization by creating Monroney labels, product guides, reviewing configurators that enable the sales of vehicles in the US and supports retailers
  • Maintaining the key dates and launch planning files which alerts all cross-functional partners of deadlines needed for their function
  • Supporting Brand Director and Sr. Brand Specialist as needed
  • Performing other duties as required

 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and project execution skills
  • Client first focus
  • Ability to work on several projects at once with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint

 

 

 

 

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

 

Recruitment Salary Range:  $70,500-$92,000

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
