What you will be doing:  

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Modern Luxury Purchase (MLPX) Experience, JLR NA’s online sales experience. 
• Managing field questions related to MLPX and understand how to navigate through all the elements of the digital journey. 
• Creating reports and insights from MLPX highlighting areas to improve the customer journey.  
• Providing expertise on how MLPX interacts with the dealer retailing tools to help ensure seamless experiences. 
• Monitoring and tracking MLPX behavior to ensure no gaming is occurring on the platform. 
• Uploading necessary information to MLPX and ensure all the content being served is up to date.
• Providing analytics around transactions occurring on MLPX to inform future decisions making.
• Performing other duties as required

What you will need:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ Years relatd experience 
• Ability to learn digital tools and become an expert in optimizing them. 
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately to the field to ensure customers are having a seamless journey. 
• Ability to provide analytics regarding platform usage and gaming.

Schedule:  Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)

Recruitment Salary Range:  $70,500 - $92,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
