Program/Project Management:

    Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the program roadmap and timeline for a portfolio of digital products.

    Project Management: Lead and support various digital transformation projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

    Risk Management: Identify, record, and track risks and impediments associated with the program, ensuring their timely resolution.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Use KPIs and metrics to measure success and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. 

 

Product Management:

    Drive Innovation: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation, actively participating in the design and development of new products and features.

    Optimize Processes: Map and enhance existing and new processes to support the development of advanced digital products and capabilities.

    Market Research and Feedback: Conduct thorough market research and gather valuable feedback from customers, retailers, and stakeholders to inform and refine product features and enhancements. 

 

Change Management and Implementation Support:

    Develop and Implement Change Initiatives: Drive the creation and execution of change management activities and tools, including comprehensive communication and training materials.

    Resolve Retailer Inquiries: Proactively address retailer inquiries, identify emerging issues and trends, and collaborate with NA and global stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

What You Will Need:

    Recent Graduate: Graduated college within the last 3 years with a relevant degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Digital Transformation, Information Systems/Information Technology, or Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

    Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a passion for digital technologies and innovation.

    Experience: Prior experience or internships in program or project management are preferred, showcasing your ability to handle real-world challenges.

    Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.

    Presentation Skills: Proven experience delivering impactful presentations that engage and persuade stakeholders.

    Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products to analyze data and support decision-making.

    Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to work with people at varying levels within the organization, building valuable networks.

    Bonus Skills: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Lucid (process mapping software) is a plus.
